Bosence have been commissioned to write a heritage assessment on this listed Victorian building in Central London. It is an early example of the work by architect Sir Ernest George, who went on to complete some of the most iconic buildings of the time in London. These include Southwark Bridge, developments around Chelsea and well known country houses. A new company had moved into the property and required a report on the history and significance of the building and recommendations for putting up new signage onto this listed building.
